7-day return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

• Message us on WhatsApp at 0307 7905747 with your order number
• Tell us the reason and share photos if the item is damaged
• We will confirm the return and share the return address

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives broken or damaged, send photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or JazzCash. JazzCash and bank transfer payments are refunded to the sender account. Refunds are processed within a few working days after we receive the returned items.

Non-returnable items

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
