Orders and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders in that case with a full refund. If an item is out of stock we will contact you on WhatsApp.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery, Meezan Bank transfer (5% off applied at checkout), and JazzCash manual payments. Manual payments must be verified by WhatsApp screenshot with your order number sent to 0307 7905747. Orders paid by JazzCash or bank transfer stay on hold until payment is verified.

Delivery

Delivery is free on orders with 2 or more items. Otherwise, delivery charges are confirmed on WhatsApp. Delivery times are estimates: we confirm the exact time on WhatsApp when you order. See Shipping Info for details.

Returns and refunds

We offer 7-day easy returns on unused items in original packaging. Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless damaged or wrong. See Returns & Refunds for the full process.

Product images and descriptions

We are replacing sample images with real product photos. Colours may vary slightly by screen.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site or the checkout.

Limitation of liability

We take care with every order but are not responsible for delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
